At work I am asked to implement gp4win encryption, perform the installation and encryption of test emails, but all this in the old outlook (classic ). Do you know if all this can be implemented in the new outlook?

The developers are already working on a version of GpgOL (part of Gpg4win) which will be working with the new Outlook. See this thread: GpgOL plugin is not supported in the new Outlook 365.

We plan that the next version of the Gpg4win Beta will include a working beta version of the web based GpgOL plugin. Probably in January.
In principle it is included in the current Beta 5.0.0, too, but the installation process is not automated yet. That makes it unusable for the average user.
