Are the email lists, such as [Gpg4win-announce] & [Gpg4win-users-en], going to continue now the forum transfer has been completed?

There are no plans yet to change the mailing lists. Although, the new Discourse-based forum allows for creating new topics and replying via e-mail. Instructions on how to create topics via e-mail will follow soon™. Reply by e-mail is already active.
