When i copy the PGP checksum, and i try to paste in the “File Transfer” in the “Tools” column. I just can’t click there. How can i solve this?

the screenshot you are showing has the “signing” actions greyed out.
Do you have a usable keypair (with a private and public key) configured?
Creating a signature is only possible if you have a usable keypair, so this would explain why you cannot select these actions.
