We could not find a Gravatar with that email address. However Gravatar confirmed my account is live.

can you please add some context? Is this an error message that occurs when you try to use a Gravatar for your profile picture?

You got it. You got the context yourself because it is pretty much self explanatory under the context of Forum Feedback.

In general it works to use a Gravatar as profile picture as I just tested it. But you have to ensure that the email addresses match. The one you used to sign up at this forum and the one you use for the Gravatar account. When you change the profile picture for the forum account you can see the email address that the forum software uses to find the Gravatar account.
