To test and to know “How to verify PGP signature”, I try on Gpg4win 4.0.3 software version, so I download the signature.sig file and the publickkey.asc file and I put them in the same case. When I have taped in the cmd windows “gpg.exe --import publickey.asc”, it told me that gpg doesn’t open this file. So why ? Because after this, when I tape the command to verify, it told me it has no public key.

where did you download the public key to verify the signature? You should use the one on this page: https://gnupg.org/signature_key.html
