I just installed gpg4win from http://ftp.gpg4win.org/gpg4win-1.0.9.exe, expecting to get GnuPG as well as the Outlook plug-in, WinPT, etc. I see no difference between this install and what get’s installed for GnuPG.
Is the installer broken?
