Hello as you can read I had to set up my pc and the os new, now I have no idea how can I reuse my old pgp key again, I still have my private key saved on a usb flash drive and I still know my password, what do I have to do to reuse my old pgp key?
The only thing you should need to do is import the key from the thumb drive. Once you import it, you should be able to see the email address associated with it. If you didn’t put the email address in the UID you can still use the key. Just create a new email address and tell people to send your mail there instead.
