[outlook] "The operation cannot be performed because the object has been deleted?"

Hi,
gpg4win version: 4.3.1
outlook version: Microsoft 365 (Microsoft exchange)

I’m experiencing a problem when I try to send an email with attachments in Outlook, using encryption and signature. A pop-up message appears stating, “The operation cannot be performed because the object has been deleted,” and the text I’ve typed in the email is suddenly erased, leaving me with no option but to abandon the email.

Please note the following:

  • Gpg4win functions correctly when I send emails without attachments.
  • Outlook operates without issues when I send emails with attachments, provided that encryption and signature are not enabled.

Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

may you check if you have any incompatible add-ins installed?

Thanks for the prompt response.

Yes, your suggestion works!! After I disable all add-ins from Outlook, the issue is gone. To be explicit, it is “Outlook Plus” (outlka23.all) that blocks the mail from proceeding when it has attachments & encryption is enabled.
