Opening attachments in Outlook 2007

I know that a bug is assigned to this issue (still not solved in 2.0.1 RC1). But I received an encrypted mail with attachment. I know the issue will hopefully be solved and opening an attachment in Outlook 2007 is then possible without crashes. But for now, how can I open the attachment without crashing Outlook 2007. I can nicely decrypt the message, but how can i get the attachment from that message. Saving/opening or other things I tried crashes Outlook. Please guys help I need to open the message.

If outlook crashes it seems to be that using a different email application is the best workaround.
