I need a non-executable version of GPG4Win in order to download it to my work environment. Company policy excludes EXE type files. Is there a version for download that meets this need?
Not that I remember.
You could try to work around this, by downloading it somewhere else, and package it in a way that you get around that restriction, but I think the right way is probably to contact someone from your work environment administration and ask how to get Gpg4win safely on your machine (and in compliance with their policies).
