When I am on my laptop I can login to any site using PGP, but when I go to another system, my desktop, other laptops, etc… It wont let me login. I understand its something to do with my private key, but how do I put that on my flash drive?

PGP isn’t used to log into websites. It’s used for signing, encrypting, and decrypting texts, e-mails, files, directories, and whole disk partitions.
To use your private key on more than one machine you would need to copy that key to the other machines. It’s an .asc file.
