How to stop Kleopatra from launching with Outlook

Is there any way short of uninstalling to stop Kleopatra from launching with Outlook? I only want it for encrption of files not for email. I installed the gpg4win light on my server and that does exactly what I need there.

In outlook2007 (in my case with MS Exchange server) under tab Tools and then Trust Center…
Choose in the left pane Add-ins
Go to the right pane to the bottom and…
Manage (drop down box) “Exchange Client Extensions”
untag GpgOL. → OK

I didn’t check what happens if you don’t have the Exchange server looking after your Outlook account.
