How can i get public key from Yubikey?

In Version 4.3.1, I can get new public key from button “Create OpenPGP Key” on the “Smartcards”. This funtion will be remove in the next release. So i wonder, How can i get new public key when i lost it ?

Hi Longlong!

First of all it is not easy to lose your public key.
You have it on the machine you created the key on, thus it should be in
your backup, too, and all your communication partners have it. Additionally, if you uploaded it to a keyserver or WKD, it can be retrieved from there.

But should the need arise you can create a new public key with gpg on the command
line.
