Please tell us the version you are using and give a more verbose explanation of the issue.

I speculate the language used by GpgEX is not the one configured on your windows system?
Which languages are those?

I am always confused by the windows language settings. Did you change the “regional format”, too?
I recently had a similar issue where all language settings where set to one language and only that one (which I guess is relates to date specific formatting) was set to English which resulted in pinentry being displayed in English.

In this case, the language will be English, of course

Even if the system changes to another language, it still display in English.

Windows does have more that one locale, but I do not think that is the issue here. That is if the other context menu entries are in your language.

Unfortunately you have not yet told us the language which “doesn’t work”. GpgEX has translations for 11 languages, these are po files for it in the repository:
ar.po de.po es.po fr.po it.po nl.po pl.po pt.po ru.po zh_CN.po zh_TW.po

I assume your language is not listed…
