Gpg4win 4.3.1 hangs during uninstall

First noticed this yesterday when upgrading packages with chocolatey. I then manually downloaded gpg4win4.4 and got the same hang. Now, just trying via control panel, it too gets stuck right here:

The full command that is hanging is:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Gpg4win\..\GnuPG\gnupg-uninstall.exe" /S _?=C:\Program Files (x86)\Gpg4win\..\GnuPG

I’m stuck without a way forward for now.

I’m going to mark this as resolved. After a reboot, the install worked fine. Not sure what got upgraded before this in winget (I know, I said choco but I was wrong) to make this skid sideways, but it was simple enough to work around.
