gpg4win 1.1.3 and Vista Ultimate 32-bit

I’m trying to run GPG4Win 1.1.3 on Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit and crash gpg.exe every time I; try to add my keys through WinPT or GPA, encrypt an email in Outlook 2007, or just about any action that tries to access my keyring. I’ve reinstalled Vista and GPG4Win multiple times with the same results. Any ideas?

Try and disable UAC. I am able to do this using the same software.

I have this exact same issue on Vista Business 32-bit and would LOVE to know the solution.

Forgot to mention I have UAC turned off and my account is a local admin on the machine (although I am part of a domain, if that matters).
