GPG4O is showing 2 attached files on an empty email for encrypted emails

After multiple attempt to get it running on Outlook 2013 and 2016 it always give the same result.
An email received with an empty body with 2 files in attachment :
PGP_MIME version identification.gpg

The plugin is loaded properly in Outlook, it has been tested with 32 and 64 bit version of the plugin on Outlook 2013 and 2016.
The Outlook ribbon show the purple icon with a question mark “Insecure” and the plugin configuration “Configure GpgOL - Version 2.5.0” dialog box open properly.
Attached an example of the mail we receive.
Thanks for any help for make this working.

Hi Daniel,
sorry for the late reply, I’ve missed your post.

Note that Gpg4o is a different product it is a proprietary add-in,
this forum is about the Free Software solution Gpg4win, which includes an Outlook Add-in called “GpgOL”.
