gpg: keyserver search failed

I have 3.0.0 version.
When i use kleopatra or command line and try search key from keyserver i get an error:

gpg --keyserver hkp:// --search-key “smith”

gpg: no keyserver known (use option --keyserver)
gpg: keyserver search failed: No keyserver available

my gpg.conf is:
###++±-- GPGConf —+++###
log-file c:/temp/kleopatra.txt
keyserver hkp://
debug-level advanced

In version 2.3.3 it’s works
my keyserver it’s sks 1.1.6

Please Help

Dear Lukas,

the switch between GnuPG 2.0 and 2.2 brought a change
in a number of configuration options (due to internal structural improvements).

"–keyserver name

This option is deprecated - please use the --keyserver in dirmngr.conf instead.

Best Regards,
