I had to uninstall and manually remove all gnu and gpg file, then re installed gpg4win.
Now when I try to open a file asc I get these errors:
impossible start libkleo.dll
libassuan-0.dll
libkcmutils.dll
libkdeui.dll
not present
why?

it seems your installation is in bad shape.
Did you see any errors during installation?
(We may continue this in your other post, as long as the installation
is bad, your usage experience will be bad, too.)
