Today I’m unable to open https://dev.gnupg.org; it just times out.
Seems to me the issue was solved in the mean time.
Confirmed. Now it works again from the same computer and browser.

Well, shortly after having written that, the page was unreachable again for sime time (timed out)…
But at the moment it’s reachable again. I just worried the age may be under DoS attack.

Right now they problem also does occur. I will try to find out what the problem is.
I also changed the title because people might think this means that the website will be reachable only via http
