Detection of malware alerts in Gpg4win 4.3.1

I downloaded Gpg4win and after running a scan through virustotal and hybrid-analysis. The scans indicate the presence of malware alerts and indicate possible security threats. I would like to know if these alerts are indicative of a real threat or if they could be false positives. links:
