claws-mail & libglib & kernel32.dll problems

howdy-
FYI:
OS: windows95
CLOCK: 166MHZ
RAM: 32MB
HD: 1.3GB

this is my backup system while modern is being repaired. i needed suitable mail client & .de friend suggested client formerally known as sylpheed. Installed more recent version gpg4win with claws-mail as only component. upon opening get 2 error messages:

  1. ERROR STARTING PROGRAM
The LIBGLIB-2.0.DLL file is linked to missing
    export KERNEL32.DLL .lsDebuggerPresent
  2. C:\PROGRAM FILES\GNU\GNUPG\CLAWS-MAIL.EXE
    Program files\GNU\GnuPG\claws-mail.exe
A device attached to system is not function-
    ing.
my investigations indicate that both libglib & kernel32 exists. one in claws-mail directory, the other in the os.
this brings up the obvious questions: does claws need copy of kernel dill; does 95 needs updated version; & what does device not functioning mean.
any ideas? i am turnip fallen off the turnip wagon as such confused by this. Regards, zeronero

Actually, Windows95 is not supported anymore.

In fact it is not tested anymore, so we simply
do not know whether it works or which modules
might not.
Also, we can not invest time into W95 because various
Vista versions are currently being added and
the resources of the current Gpg4win team
are limited.
