I haven’t used GPG or Kleopatra for a while, but it seems that my certificates have disappeared. I have no idea how this could have happened or whether I should be concerned about malicious activity. I’m really confused, so I thought I’d ask a few very basic questions. I’m using Kleopatra 2.1.0 using KDE 4.1.4 under Windows 7.
When I open Kleopatra and click on Certificates, all commands are greyed-out. What I try to decrypt a file the program starts doing something, but never asks me which certificate to use. I tried to encrypt a test file and there weren’t any certificates to select.
I have a backup locked away. Should I just import from the backup?
