While searching for the issue, I came across this ticket. I’m using version 5.0.0 beta, and the problem still occurs for my users. Is there a solution for this?
A concise description how to reproduce the issue would be appreciated, as I can not reproduce this.
Don’t forget info on the mailserver used. (MS Exchange, MS Exchange on premise, IMAP? Any special settings?)
Also helpful for debugging could be the GpgOL settings of an affected user. These user specific settings can be copied from Kleopatra; Go to Tools → GnuPG Command Line and scroll down to the “\Software\GNU\GpgOL related:” section.
And which other COM-AddIns are installed?
