Hello,
When I generate a key, GPA asks me if I’d like to back it up. I select the “create backup copy” option, and choose a destination on my hard drive. GPA then warns that “the file C:\keys already exists. Do you want to overwrite it?” This strikes me as odd, because there is a folder called C:\keys, but no such file.
Anyway, when I select yes, the key generates, but then I get a GPA error window that says: “C:\keys: Permission Denied.”
I am running GPA on Windows XP SP3. I noticed a previous discussion where Vista users were getting this error, but no one seemed to know how to fix it.
Is there anything that can be done about this?
