I run a Russian version of Windows 10 Home 22H2 and use a console file manager, Far Manager.
The manager has a plugin for displaying Explorer’s context menu, and that plugin displays the menu items created by the Gpg4win installer in an incorrect encoding (the Explorer itself displays them correctly).
Below is an image illustrating the issue: on the left is the context menu invoked from Far Manager, and on the right the same menu from Explorer, respectively.
At first I thought it was a Far Manager’s issue and reported a bug (in Russian) at the corresponding repository, but one of the manager’s contributors ascertained that the issue is really with Gpg4win - here’s his answer (in English) with details on what’s going on. He suggested that I report a bug, and that’s what I’m doing - perhaps somebody will be interested in fixing it.
