The link “this form” presented in Gpg4win - Reporting Bugs to report bugs is broken.
If it’s not longer intended to receive bug reports, the page should say so instead of offering a broken link.
Hi @uwi, for me it seems that the link is working as expected. It leads me to dev.gnupg.org where I have to sign in and then I see the form to report a bug.
I did read what you wrote so I tried to reproduce your issue but I couldn’t because the link works currently. Probably it was a temporary problem and it was probably not the last time because of scrapers etc.

Hi!, For @cklassen the link works because they are either whitelisted as contributor or on ipv6. The anti bot measures currently apply only to ipv4.
We will provide a page with an explanation for ipv4 users, might take a bit. Thanks for reporting it.
The new static page for that link location went online yesterday evening.
