How do you manually install the Outlook addin

I’m trying to get the outlook addin to work on a Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server. It seems that the Outlook add-in was only installed for the user account that I did the install under.

Does anyone know how to manually install the add-in for Outlook 2003 so that it will show up for other users on the terminal server?

I can’t seem to locate it when i hit the install button within outlook.

The right method is to install Gpg4win
as Administrator.

I did install it under an account that is a domain administrator, however i’ll try uninstalling and reinstalling under the administrator account to see if that works.
