Dear Sirs:

Just installed GPG4WIN and create and export Secret and Public Keys using Kleopatra. We use Outlook 2012 and while trying to import Certificate ID (Options > Truste Center > Trust Center Settings > E-mail Security) we are receiving error message: An error has ocurred while trying to import security information.

File, Passwor and ID are allrigth.

How we fix this ?

Do you have a .p12 certificate file, or are you trying to import a .p10 certificate request?

The certificate request file generated by Kleopatra is <filename.p10>. that’s what you’d send to the certificate authority to request a cert.

A certificate file would be <filename.p12>
