Error while installing Gpg4win 2.3.1

When I try to install Gpg4win 2.3.1 I get a list of errors:

  1. time out waiting for service DirMngr to stop
  2. error opening a file: libksba-8.dll
  3. error opening file: Dirmngr.exe
  4. error StartService: ec=1056
  5. error opening file: gpgsm.exe

and kleopatra will not charge any certificate!

Sorry to hear that it is not working well for you.

Can you give us more details about your problem?
Which system are you trying to install on?
Is this a fresh install or an upgrade? If it is an upgrade, from which version?

I suppose the problem was connected to the s/mime online validation setting. Now I can use kleopatra.
